Here's our story

HRH Rubber Products was established in January of 2003. Production began, manufacturing rubber mud flaps, using recycled conveyor belting from surrounding mines. The idea was such a resounding success that we soon began moulding mud flaps from rubber compound at our facility in Springs. We soon realised that we could expand our business, and started the manufacture of sabs approved chevrons. Today we consider ourselves the largest manufacture of sabs approved chevrons in South Africa. Our raw materials are sourced abroad, and together with locally sourced product, we manufacture the end product here in SA. Over the years, we have expanded our product range, and introduced a range of products to satisfy the trucking Industry throughout the African Continent.

– Chevrons (sabs approved) – All sizes as required by legislation Conspicuity tape available in yellow / Red and white.

– Tail Boards manufactured from robust poly-prop material
– ABNORMAL load signs, using Reflective material required by legislation
– Reflective Speed decals 60 km/hr , 80 km/hr , 100 km/hr as required by legislation
– Wheel Chocks manufactured from poly-prop material – Yellow 1 kg
– Lube Liners made from poly-ethylene (infused with graphite) for longer life span
– Load Protectors manufactured from poly-propylene available in different colours

Our Premises

Situated in Springs Gauteng, we are able to service our customers locally and across borders to our neighbouring Counties. Our 1500 sq meter manufacturing facility is fully automated and boasts a staff complement of 30 highly skilled workers. Our production facility compromises a “fully automated cut to length line” and laminating facility, as well as CNC laser machines to increase our productivity. We also boast automated screen printing machines for quick turn-around production. Furthermore, we have a “climate-controlled” screen printing facility to ensure our product meets the highest standard required by sabs. We are able to manufacture and deliver products to our valued customers who use the JIT system.
