Mudflaps
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality SABS approved low spray and flexible 5mm high-density polyethylene mud flaps suitable for trucks, trailers, tippers, caravans, industrial equipment as well as light commercial vehicles. Our standard product size ranges from 400 x 400mm to 750 x 725mm, if the sizes in our range don’t meet your requirements we have the capability of manufacturing to your specified size.
BRANDED MUD FLAPS – Invest in your brand and advertise for only a few cents a day by printing your logo on your mud flaps. A customised mud flap can make thousands of positive impressions for every kilometer of highway driven.
Chevrons
Our chevrons are made in accordance to SABS specifications in order to prevent water penetration from all sides.
Each Sans 1329-4 chevron with backing board comprises of High-Intensity Prismatic tape laminated onto a chromodek substrate and available in a host of sizes in partnership with Orafol.
Our Sans 1329-5 chevron decals are available in 200 x 1200mm, 200 x 1700mm, and 200 x 1800mm (please remember to ensure that you have valid certification/ permit to be supplied by the manufacturer).
Tailboards
Our heat-formed tailboards are manufactured from robust black Polypropylene plastic material specifically for the trucking Industry. The tailboards, supplied without tail lights, chevrons and accessories (optional extras) can be manufactured to your specifications to a maximum of 2,5m in length. Each tailboard can be supplied with a complete electrical harness and lights of your choice, accommodating either 2 or 4 tail lights per side.

Lube-Liner (Graphite Infused)
This product manufactured at our facility, is used to protect the fifth wheel, and acts as a lubricant on all vehicles with a fifth wheel. Lube-liner attached to trailer kingpin provides a much higher level of lubrication giving your equipment improved performance – safety trailing and easier handing.
Very useful to vehicles travelling across boarders, where no maintenance is possible.
